Tracking Your Progress

You can view your online course progress report by clicking on “Grades” from the Canvas homepage.  This report provides a grade of a particular assignment/exam, the date you took the assignment/exam, and any comments the instructor may have made.  Additionally, you can use the "What If" tool to add a grade to specific assignments or the final exam to see an average of your progress or to determine what grades you need to get to pass the course.  We'll talk more about that tool on the next page.

Note: Some quizzes will give you an instant grade once you submit them, while it may take a few days to be able to see your final grade for others (discussion posts, essays, or exams with fill in the blank questions for example.)  Please check your course syllabus to see your instructor's schedule for grading written exams.
